Returns-
We want your shopping experience at Palm Harbor Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope each item you receive is meant for you, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. Return Information
- We accept returns for store credit for up to 14 days after receiving your items.
- Refunds are issued back in the form of an online gift certificate.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. The items must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Items Not available for return or exchange are:
-All seasonal items
-Sale Items
-Jewelry and Accessories including eyewear and hair accessories.
-Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, or any other type of discount.
-Custom orders
These items will not be accepted if returned.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped to you and subject to additional shipping costs.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received, and the online gift certificate will be included.
How Do I Make A Return?
- Please return the item in proper condition and email shoppalmharbor@gmail.com immediately to let us know you are returning and the reason for the return. If you need a different size, we will try to make that happen. Please understand that most things sell out quickly!
- You can return items via the carrier of your choice (please note that you are responsible for shipping costs).
