Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO:

  • We work to ship orders OUT quickly, but please allow up to 3 days for processing and shipping products. For orders made on Holidays, Friday afternoons, and weekends, the 3 day processing period would begin the following business day.
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipping out.
  • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, rejected, or undeliverable packages returned to us will be processed as a return, and a store credit will be sent to your email.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages or packages sent to the address entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to ensure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for store credit or lost returns.


LOCAL PICKUP INFO:

  • If you are in West Palm Beach or surrounding areas, you can pick up your online order.
  • In order to pick up your order and avoid shipping charges, you'll need to select store pickup at checkout!
  • We will send you a notification via email or text as soon as your order is ready to be picked up! Please do not come to pick up your order until you have received a notification stating that it's ready. 

We are not liable for situations out of our control, such as packages that are lost in transit, delayed delivery time, stolen packages, etc. If your tracking/delivery confirmation email shows that the package was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
